To limit growing number of simulated music "bands" which are nothing more than "Hyper-Karaoke" with massive production budgets and very few "musicians" which are seemingly dominating the slumping music industry markets.br> The Mandate: COBALT BLUE IS 100% REAL MUSIC AND ALWAYS WILL BE.
